"I've been a member at Trailside for almost a year now. I can't say enough about how good and knowledgeable the teachers are, how supportive the environment is, and how much both the teachers and students care about each other, our community, and healthy living. Classes range from beginner to challenging, and from intense workout level to relaxation and meditation. I have recommended Trailside to anyone I've ever talked to about yoga because it has helped me become a better and healthier person. There truly is something for everyone here."
